Residential:
Church Lodge, Highnam

A stone-built Victorian Gothic, Grade 2 listed building in need of repair and re-build.

The existing single storey rear wing needed demolishing and re-building. Incorporating a WC, Utility Room en-suite, Bedroom and rear lobby.

Further ground floor alterations included reorganising the kitchen and dining room and moving the bathroom to first floor level.

Only natural materials and those reclaimed from the demolished wing were used throughout the repairs and new build to ensure continuity.
